Our Northeast Division Sales Manager is an exceptional, experienced sales leader, devoted to this purpose. As our Division Sales Manager, you will lead and motivate multiple branch sales teams through excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Your focus will be on identifying creative sales opportunities to drive new sales revenue sources for the multiple branches you oversee. Collaboration and teamwork with the Division, Region and Branch Management teams are critical to success.

Responsibilities:

As a Division Sales Manager, you’ll be a leader in our high-performance sales culture.


You will…

  • Work closely with our division staff and region staff to ensure that company goals and metrics are being achieved
  • Direct the effective activity of multi-unit branch sales teams to achieve the assigned sales performance goals
  • Train the sales teams and service specialists on how to utilize all sales tools and how to identify sales opportunities
  • Work in the field with the sales teams to evaluate and improve their sales skills and conduct appropriate audits to ensure all tools are being utilized and procedures are being followed
  • Assist with the recruiting, selecting, and retaining of the sales staff
  • Have exceptional people development skills, with a proven track record of sales leadership development of others, to include field evaluations, addressing coaching opportunities and training
  • Inspire sales leadership skills, with the development of a motivated, multi-unit team dedicated to improving of customer service and retention through continual training, and follow through on our commitment
  • Have dynamic sales leadership skills, with a background of successful revenue generation and growth, through motivation and holding teams accountable for results, and daily check in of activities
  • Have operational leadership skills, with experience in managing a sales budget and strategically investing in growth with balancing expense margins
  • Identify deficiencies, implements performance improvement plans and oversees progress
  • Work closely with our division leadership team to ensure sales growth and the success of the branches
  • Ensure implementation of company programs, initiatives, and sales guidelines
  • Participate in manager meetings and training programs

Qualifications:
What do you need to be successful?
  • Bachelors Degree or equivalent required
  • Ability to travel within the Northeast Division approximately 75% of the time
  • Valid driver’s license required with a good driving record
  • Ability to pass a drug screen and background check is required
  • Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license/certification if required (company paid)
  • Ability to work in the field independently and interact with our great clients
What will my work environment be like?

Candidates must meet physical job requirements and safely perform the job duties with or without accommodations:
  • Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer's weight capacity
  • Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
  • Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, roof tops, etc. including the ability to climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl
  • Wear personal protective equipment (PPE) which sometimes requires an OSHA-compliant respirator
  • Willing to work in different types of weather conditions
